Arianne JR?

I've been planning on a 2nd Arianne ever since I finished the 1st - this time in a 3/4 sleeve version with a less-warm yarn (the 1st is Alpaca.) I started a sleeve with Rowan Summer Tweed, but not only are there gauge issues, I'm finding the yarn's lack of elasticity is making my hands hurt! Any suggestion? Has anyone made this as a spring sweater? Lyn

Hi Lyn - yes, Summer Tweed is a little heavy and inelastic for ye Ariann.

On the right hand side bar is a link for yarns - here's the cottons:arn - Cotton, etc.

Berroco: Cotton Twist

Debbie Bliss:
Cotton Denim Aran

Knitpicks: Shine Worsted

Lion Brand: Cotton Ease

Plymouth: Fantasy Naturale

Rowan Classic Yarns:
Natural Silk Aran

TLC: Cotton Plus

Anybody else have any suggestions, be sure to email me at: stashout@gmail.com and I'll add 'em to the list...

I've just started Ariann using TLC Cotton Plus in white. I'm really liking the way it looks so far. I just bought some acid green cotton twist...any suggestions for a pattern?

I'm making Ariann in Cotton Fleece. I'm getting perfect gauge, and it's turning out lovely.

I am using TLC Cotton plus, and it feels nice and is in gauge. Photo above your post :)
