I've bit the bullet and converted to the New Blogger!

The Downside: you can see the member list looks trimmed by the migration although all original posts are intact. If you don't see your name, you've been given a *Guest* designation until you migrate [sign in] with a Google account. Once you do that, all is well.

I already had Gmail, so I used that sign-on. The process was fully automatic and migrated all of the existing accounts I had (even as Admin) to the new format. No Drama that I could see/feel.

Everything seems to be working OK now - so I encourage you to switch! :)
